I have built my career with positions in marketing (all aspects) business development, client service and general management. In almost all my assignments, I have worked on exciting projects of strategic importance, but that were facing the usual tough challenges of international operations and multicultural teams (see the section Your Challenges). As a team member at once, then as a manager and later on as an executive, I have learned what it takes to have a real impact on such complex issues.

In order to fulfill my missions, I had to develop into a “serial-builder“of international teams and programmes, and to pay a lot of attention to the multicultural parameters and to change management. Therefore, I had to act not only as a manager but also as a mentor, a trainer, and a coach.

My background is truly international, both in the professional and private spheres. My employers have been global companies originating from France, Germany, the US and the UK.  I always had colleagues and clients on all continents. A French national, with a German wife, I have been based in Munich since 1995, travelling a lot, meeting people and working with them in numerous countries. This helps me stay agile and adaptable to varied context and situations.
